Salad with blue cheese
300 g carrots
4 medium tomatoes
2 medium red pepper
1 lettuce
3 cucumber
? glass walnuts
To prepare the sauce:
120 g blue cheese
? glass light mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
3 Art. l. milk
2 Art. l. white wine vinegar
1 h. l. non-acute mustard
1/8 h. l. black pepper
1/8 h. l. salt
Preparation of sauce: crush the cheese in a bowl with milk until the consistency of sour cream, add the remaining ingredients for the sauce, stir until smooth.
Fold in half transparent deep bowl chopped lettuce leaves, then cut into thin tomatoes, carrots, grated on a coarse grater, rings of red pepper and cucumber circles.
Drizzle salad prepared sauce.
Before serving, cool salad with blue cheese in the refrigerator, covered with something.
