Cake "Cherry"
500 g melted soft cheese
200 g canned cherries, pitted
50 g gelatin
1 ready sponge cake
1 glass sugar
1 glass sour cream
1 lemon (juice and zest)
5 Art. l. cherry juice
2 Art. l. potato starch
Wrap the sponge cake with thick paper, creating a high board. Share on first cake layer of cherries, then gelled cream cake and refrigerate for three hours.
Make a cake with cherries and chopped nuts before serving.
