Coffee and cherry cake
250 g pitted cherries
220 g flour

220 g sugar
80 g butter
3 eggs
2 h. l. baking powder
1 h. l. soluble coffee
Rub the butter and 120g sugar, dissolve coffee in 1 tablespoon hot water, pour into a mixture of sugar and butter, mix one drive eggs.
Sift flour with baking powder, combine with oil-egg mixture.
Put the cherries in a saucepan, add 100 g of sugar and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until the sugar has dissolved, collect syrup, cherries and add to the dough.
