250 g pitted cherries

220 g flour

80 g butter

3 eggs

2 h. l. baking powder

1 h. l. soluble coffee

Rub the butter and 120g sugar, dissolve coffee in 1 tablespoon hot water, pour into a mixture of sugar and butter, mix one drive eggs.
