Cherry cake
For the dough:
60 g sugar
50 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
10 g starch
4 eggs
For the filling:
300 g pitted cherries
20 g gelatin
2 Art. l. sugar
2 h. l. brandy
For the cream:
200 g soft cheese
100 g cream
50 g sugar
Separately beat the yolks and whites with sugar, stir, add flour and starch.
Put the dough into the mold and bake at 200 degrees. Cool the cake and cut it horizontally into 2 cakes.
Cooking cream: Whip cream with sugar, combine with cheese, whip again.
Preparation of the filling: put the cherries in a saucepan, combine with cognac, add sugar and a little water, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes.
Gelatine, soaked and uncool in a water bath, add to the cherry mixture cool.
One cake cake grease curd cream, cover with the second.
Wrap the cake with thick paper, forming a high ledge, put on the cake cherry jelly and put the cake in the cold.
