Shrimp with julienne white wine
200 g peeled shrimp
50 g cheese
15 ml lemon juice
1 head onions
1/3 Cup white wine
1/3 Cup milk

3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. wheat flour
1 tsp. curry
nutmeg
pepper, salt
Peel and finely chop the onion, add it to the curry, put in a pan with heated oil, to brown, add the shrimp and stir, sprinkled everything with lemon juice.
In another pan fry the flour in butter (2 tbsp), stirring constantly, then pour a thin stream of milk, then add the wine, season with the nutmeg, pepper and salt.
Cooked sauce mixed with shrimp, put the mixture into mini casseroles.
Sprinkle with julienne cheese, cook shrimp with julienne white wine on a hot grill for 3-4 minutes before melting and Browning of the cheese, served with julienne white wine.
