Shrimp in lemon baskets

200 g shrimp

50 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show

4 lemon

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp. white wine vinegar

? lemon (juice)

This new year's eve appetizer perfectly decorate the Christmas table and will appeal to all lovers of seafood.

Cut lemons in half crosswise, remove the pulp, to make baskets.

Vinegar mixed with 1 tbsp. of water to boil, add the yolk, 1 tbsp. water, whisking, warm on a water bath, when the sauce thickens slightly, gradually add the oil while continuing to whisk.

Shrimp boil, pour the prepared sauce, put in baskets of lemons, before serving on the Christmas table decorating snack olives.
