500 g shrimp (peeled)

250 ml cream

50 ml white wine

50 g butter

6-7 cloves garlic

Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the garlic, sliced plastics, pour the lemon juice and fry garlic until browned, pour in the wine and cream, stir and bring everything to a boil.

Put shrimp, simmer 10 minutes, get shrimp sauce even then on low heat to reduce the volume by half, then turn off the heating plate, put the shrimp back into the pan.

Before serving shrimp with creamy garlic sauce sprinkled with chopped parsley.
