2 kg tiger or king prawns
2 lemon
1 big onion
1 clove garlic
vegetable oil
Georgian spices for a kebab

Shrimp not thaw, together with ice pour them in a pan, add chopped onion, garlic and spices, vegetable oil, salt.
Cook shrimp, stirring, until boiling. Cooking after boiling, 6-10 min, then to get the shrimp and place them on a dish.
Squeeze out the hot shrimp, lemon juice, let stand.
Feeding tiger prawns with dry white wine or beer.
