What could be easier than cook pasta? Yes and pasta lovers so that you are sure to please and family, and relatives and friends. Pasta with shrimp is a real pleasure for lovers of Italian cuisine. Today we will cook a view called concilii (clam shell). Sure, you know, called shells. This type is especially good to serve with plenty of sauce, which is what we will do. The shrimp I used large, but the taste will not change, if you will use smaller counterparts.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g paste koncilia (shells)
  • 1 very large tomato
  • 100 ml fatty milk and cream better
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • 200 g shrimp

Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes.

Method of preparation:



First, put a pot of water on the fire, generously salt it. Give a boil, run shells and cook for as long as directed on the package. I cooked 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, the onion and the garlic, finely cut into cubes. In a little oil fry the vegetables until Golden brown.

Tomato blanchere (make a crosswise cut, put into boiling water, take out after 20 seconds, easily get rid of the skin), cut into small dice, put the onions and garlic. A thin stream, pour the cream, salt, pepper and simmer 4 minutes. Peeled shrimp spread to the sauce, turn off the heat.

Ready concilii put in a colander, allow to drain the water, put them in the sauce.

Mix thoroughly for about a minute, promptly served. The dish certainly eat hot, cold, it won't be the same.
