Pasta with green sauce recipe with photo
The Italians still know a lot about food. Just remember what sauces they make the most simple pasta. Today I fancied himself a real Italian in my small kitchen and I know it came out very tasty, fragrant! Vegetables perfectly blended into a single ensemble, spices complement each other, and garlic sauce gave a charming flavor. Highly recommend to try this simple sauce for spaghetti all lovers of Italian cuisine.
Ingredients:
- pack of vermicelli
- half of the zucchini
- 2 PCs small bulbs
- 1 PCs tomato
- a little olive oil
- 2 tbsp. garlic sauce
- 10 PCs parsley
Approximate cooking time: 20 minutes.
Method of preparation:
Pasta, of course, you can choose any according to your taste. I used the noodles. It boil as directed on the package.
While cooking pasta, make the sauce. Onions cut into cubes that are sent to brown in a pan with a little olive oil.
Zucchini peel, cut into small dice, put to the onions.
From tomatoes to remove the skin (for this, we do a cross-shaped incision on top of the fruit, drop by 30 seconds in boiling water), cut into cubes, put in a pan. There also sent a couple of tablespoons garlic sauce.
All simmer together for 5 minutes. Add a little salt and your favorite spices. Ready-made pasta place pasta in a colander, allow to drain, put in a pan to the sauce. Everything is thoroughly mixed. Parsley cut very finely, add to the dish even when turned off the pan.
