Soup with pasta, vegetables and meatballs Italian
700 g tomato sauce with Basil
500 g minced beef
150 g green beans
4 Cup chicken broth
2 zucchini
2 cloves garlic
1 egg
1/2 Cup vermicelli
1 head onions
1/2 Cup crumbs of white bread
1/3 Cup grated cheese
1 tbsp. Basil leaves chopped
Onion peel and finely chop the garlic finely chopped, zucchini peeled, cut into cubes.
Mix minced meat with onion, garlic, bread crumbs, Basil, raw egg and grated cheese, pepper and salt, until smooth stir, molded of minced meat balls small size, put them on the Board.
Tomato sauce, pour into a saucepan, add the broth, bring all to a boil, then put the cooked meatballs, simmer 10 minutes over medium heat, add noodles, cook for another 5 minutes, then add beans and zucchini, cook the soup for another 5 minutes
Before serving the soup with pasta, vegetables and meatballs Italian sprinkled with grated cheese.
