Puree colored cabbage
200 g cauliflower
100 ml The theme of baby milk or Agusha
1 Art. l. flour
1 h. l. butter
Rinse and then scalded with boiling water cauliflower, disassemble, boil for 25 minutes under the lid closed until soft.
Chop the cabbage in a blender or rub through a sieve.
Combine flour and milk and mix thoroughly, bring to a boil while stirring.
Add cabbage puree sauce and butter, mix, apply color cabbage puree, a little cool.
