460 g cabbage
80 g carrots
100 g onion
15 g butter
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. wheat flour

1 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. vinegar 3%
1 tsp. sugar
spices - to taste
Cabbage chop, lightly fry in butter, add tomato puree, spasserovannogo 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, pour a little water, vinegar and cook the cabbage until soft.
Onions and carrots chop and fry in the remaining oil.
For flour passerby flour dry on a dry pan.
