Lazy cabbage (3)

Ingredients:

400 g cabbage

2 pcs. carrot

3 glass meat broth

Salt - to taste

For the filling:

1/2 glass sour cream

2 Art. l. wheat flour browned

garlic

Cabbage cut into pieces, carrots - diced. Vegetables pour boiling broth, salt and cook until tender.

Soup season with sour cream mixed with flour and chopped garlic and cook for a few minutes on low heat.

Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
