Ingredients:

500 g Sauerkraut

1 Art. l. vegetable fat

100 g carrot

100 g onion

2 Garlic - cloves

40 g cereals (rice, millet, oats)

100 g tomato puree

1.6 l meat broth

80 g sour cream

Cabbage slightly warm with a part of the oil, add the tomato puree, broth and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

In the boiling broth vsypte moved and washed grits. Bring to a boil.

Add stewed cabbage, browned onions and carrots and cook until tender.

Ready soup can be charged with mashed garlic with salt. When serving put the sour cream and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
