Vegetable soup "Classic"
40 g white cabbage
3 potato tuber
2 glass water / broth
1 carrot
1 parsley root
1 onions
1 Art. l. 1 tomato /. tomato paste
2 Art. l. sour cream / cream
2 Art. l. chopped herbs
1-2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. any cereals
Clear washed vegetables, cut them randomly by small slices, carrots rubbed on a grater or cut into strips.
Broth or water, bring to a boil, put the cereals and potatoes, bring to a boil again and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Onion, parsley root and carrots passaged in butter until browned, then add the chopped tomatoes or tomato puree, bring to a boil, a little put out.
Put cabbage soup, add cooked zazharku, boil the soup for another 5 minutes.
Before serving, season with vegetable soup "Classic" herbs and sour cream.
