Soup of cabbage with potatoes
Ingredients:
600 g cabbage
4 PCs potatoes
2 PCs carrots
50 g parsley root
1 onion - head
200 g tomatoes - or
40 g tomato puree
40 g melted butter
1 l the broth of fish or meat
40 g sour cream
20 g dill
1 PCs Bay leaf
2-3 PCs black pepper
salt
Potatoes cut into cubes, cabbage, carrot, onion and parsley root - strips.
The scald tomatoes, remove their skin, flesh cut into slices.
Spasseruyte onion in hot oil until Golden brown, add the carrots and passerelle for another 10 minutes. Then add tomato, warm up all together for 5-6 minutes.
In the boiling broth put the cabbage, bring the broth to a boil, add potatoes, simmer for 15 minutes. Then put fried with tomato vegetables, cook for another 10 minutes. Then add pepper, salt, Bay leaf and cook the vegetables until tender. Tomatoes put for 5 minutes until cooked soup.
Ready soup insist 15-20 minutes.
When serving, pour the soup into bowls, sprinkle with chopped parsley and put the sour cream.
