The cabbage soup from Campbell's
Ingredients:
375 ml chicken broth Campbell's Home classics - 1 pack ()
125 g cabbage
1 PCs potatoes
1 PCs tomato
Pour chicken broth Campbell's Home Classics in the pan. Add 750 ml of water and bring to a boil.
The boiling chicken broth put the shredded cabbage. Again, bring the broth to a boil and add the potatoes, cut into 1.5 cm cubes
After 15 minutes, or when the potatoes and cabbage are tender, put some finely diced tomatoes.
After the soup will boil again, boil the soup for 2-3 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
Serve the soup with sour cream and fresh herbs.
Note: try to cook the soup is not fresh, but with marinated tomatoes after removing it from the skin.
