Borsch by Campbell`s (beef broth)
Ingredients:
375 ml Beef broth Campbell`s "Home Classics" - 1 package ()
1 pcs. beet
1 Art. l. tomato paste
2 Art. l. vegetable fat
100 g cabbage
1 pcs. potato
Pour the soup Campbell's Home Classics in a saucepan, add 750 ml of water and bring to a boil.
Wash the beets, peel, cut into thin strips. Beet stew with vegetable oil and tomato paste and 5-6 Art. spoonfuls of broth until tender.
Wash potatoes, peel, cut into 1.5 cm cubes. Shred cabbage. Put the vegetables in boiling broth and bring to readiness.
Put braised beets in a saucepan and cook all together for 2-3 minutes.
Season the soup with sour cream ready, fresh herbs and garlic to taste.
