Soup with corn and bacon (beef broth)

375 ml � 1 package () beef broth Campbell's� Home Klassika�
1 � medium potato
100 g � bacon
1 Art. l. � sunflower oil

400 g � frozen corn
Pour beef broth Campbell's� Home Klassika� in a saucepan, add 750 ml of water and bring to a boil.
Wash potatoes, peel and cut into cubes 1 cm. Put the potatoes in boiling broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
Bacon cut into small cubes. Preheat a deep frying pan vegetable oil and fry the bacon in it for 3-4 minutes. Add the corn to the pan, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Half stewed corn aside in a separate bowl, add 2 3 tbsp. spoon broth and mash using tolkushkoy or blender.
Put all the maize in the broth and cook for 3 minutes.
Serve the soup with corn and bacon (beef broth) with parsley.
Note: Fans of creamy soup for 2-3 minutes until cooked in the soup can add a little cream.
