Cabbage soup in Polish
320 g sauerkraut
160 g pig bones
80 g carrots
60 g parsley root
60 g onions
40 g fat
20 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
pepper, salt
On the bones or bacon cook broth, add the vegetables.
Finely chop the cabbage, pour boiling water over it, covered with a lid boil, boil for a short time after removing the cover to left bitterness.
Broth, put in a cabbage.
Onions cleaned, cut into small pieces, fry in lard, add flour and fry, add the dressing to the soup, bring to a boil, salt the pepper, pour the remainder of the cabbage pickle.
If the soup is cooked with bacon, cut into cubes it, put into the soup.
Cabbage soup served in Polish with boiled potatoes or bread.
