Soup with cumin and cheese
Ingredients:
1 l meat broth
500 g cabbage
1 Art. l. butter

50 g bacon with layers of meat
2 onions - head
100 g ham
50 g hard cheese
1 h. l. cumin seeds
1 pcs. bay leaves
ground black pepper
Cabbage chop sticks.
Bacon cut into cubes and fry in butter.
Add the onion to the bacon, diced lightly fry it. 4.Polozhite chopped cabbage, stir, pour a small amount of broth, simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add spices.
Pour in remaining broth, salt and cook soup until cooked.
At the end of cooking, add the ham, cut into cubes.
When serving pour the soup into soup bowls and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cheese rub on a fine grater and apply separately.
