Potato soup "Saxon"
750 g potatoes
50 g bacon
1 onion
? celery root
1 tsp. cumin seeds
black pepper
salt
2 l water
Boil the potatoes and drain the liquid into a separate bowl. Wipe with hot potatoes, add salt, chopped onion, cumin, grated celery and pepper.
Pour the vegetables with liquid and stir, bring to a boil.
The bacon into cubes and fry.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with greens and bacon.
