Cream of green peas with bacon
Components:
1 onion
2 Art. l. butter

1 kg frozen or fresh peas
1 Art. l. ground sweet paprika
2 celery
4-5 slices of bread
1.5 l vegetable broth
100 g bacon
1 lemon
sour cream
salt, pepper, herbs
Onions cut into strips and celery - finely chopped, fry vegetables in oil, add the peas, sprinkle with paprika and fry all together for 5-7hv. Vegetables pour broth and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove the soup from the heat and beat with a blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes, pour the lemon juice, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Bacon fry until golden brown. Bread cut into cubes and dry on a sheet in the oven. Serve soup sprinkled with herbs and slices of crispy bacon croutons.
