Cold potato soup
1.5 kg Potato
1.5 l milk

330 ml cream
125 g cheese
6 slices of bacon
4 pen green onions
2 Art. l. flour

Peel the potatoes, putting 4 tuber, the other cut into cubes, boil until tender, mash.
Pour the cream into a saucepan, put on a moderate fire, gradually pour in the milk, pepper and salt and boil for 10 minutes until thick.
Add the puree into the milk mixture, stir, add 100 grams of grated cheese and mix.
Bacon, boiled potatoes (deferred) and onion finely chopped, add the cold potato soup before serving, sprinkle each serving with 25 grams of grated cheese.
