Fermented milk potato soup
500 g Potato
40 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
20 g butter
1 l sour milk or creamy yogurt
cumin
vinegar
sugar
salt
Potatoes Wash, peel, cut into small cubes, boil in water, salted and add cumin, until half.
Milk mixed with flour, pour in to the potatoes and cook the soup for 20 minutes over medium heat, mix thoroughly - milk should not curl.
According to taste, add vinegar, oil and sazar.
The consistency of fermented potato soup should get puree.
