Fermented milk soup with sausage, mushrooms and vegetables
100 g sausages
50 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
20 g butter
4 slice of lemon
2 onions
6 Art. l. vegetable mix with mushrooms
1 l sour milk
vegetable broth
Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter, then add to the onion mixture of mushrooms and vegetables, pour a little broth, boil.
Add vegetables to the flour mixture and sour milk, cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Cut sausage into thin slices and fry them in a pan without oil, add to the soup.
Before serving, add sour milk soup with sausage, mushrooms and vegetables slices of lemon.
