Soup lazy with mushrooms
Ingredients:
3 l water
1/2 the cabbage - heads
2 tbsp. dried mushrooms
5 PCs potatoes
1 onion - head
1 PCs parsley root
1 PCs carrots
1 tbsp. tomato paste
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. wheat flour

1 PCs Bay leaf
5 PCs black pepper

Mushrooms soak in cold water for 3 hours, then rinse. Infusion strain, cook the mushrooms. Then slice them into strips, fry in part of the oil, the broth cool.
Cabbage cut into pieces, potatoes in large cubes. Put the vegetables in boiling water, add chopped julienne the vegetables and cook until soft.
Tomato, spread a small amount of water, fry in butter with diced onions, add while stirring the flour, warm the mixture cool and dilute mushroom broth.
Add soup, mushrooms, bell pepper, simmer for 10 minutes, then add tomato mixture, Bay leaf, salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle the soup with the chopped herbs. Sour cream served separately.
