Ingredients:

30 g the dried mushrooms

400 g sauerkraut

1 PCs onions

1 PCs carrots



2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 l the mushroom broth

1 tsp. flour

salt , Bay leaf, black pepper to taste

2 tbsp. sour cream

2 tbsp. parsley chopped

Mushrooms fill with cold water and leave to swell, then boil in the same water, pre-strain. Drain the mushrooms in a colander, cut into thin strips. The broth strain.

Cabbage lightly fry on the part of the oil, add a little broth and simmer 30-40 minutes. Onions and carrots cut into strips and fry in the remaining oil.

In the boiling broth then add the onions, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and simmer for 15 minutes, then enter the dry flour dissolved part of the broth, spices and cook for another 7 minutes.

Allow the soup to infuse, then serve with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs.
