Soup of the Valaam
Ingredients:
1 kg cabbage
150 g onion
1 PCs Bay leaf
1 PCs parsley root is . or 3-4 stalk
3-4 black pepper - pea
500 g fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. wheat flour

2 tbsp. sour cream
80 g vegetable oil

Finely chopped mushrooms boil, remove from the broth and lightly fry in butter.
Cabbage shred and together with the chopped onion, Bay leaf, pepper and parsley dip in mushroom broth and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
When cabbage is tender, but will retain crispiness, add dried to light brown flour, herbs, mushrooms and sour cream. Warm up the soup for another 5 minutes.
