Sour soup with mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 kg sauerkraut
1 PCs carrots
2 onion - head
250 g fresh mushrooms
2 PCs parsley root
1 PCs celery
1 tbsp. wheat flour

Cabbage saut until soft, adding water, chopped onion and carrot, chopped straw.
Mushrooms boil, drain in a sieve, cut into slices. Mushroom broth, strain, add the cabbage, mushrooms, sliced into strips parsley root and celery.
Flour is dry, spread the mushroom broth, stirring constantly, until creamy consistency. Enter the flour seasoning in the soup. Season with salt, sugar, bring to boil, remove from heat and allow to infuse. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
