Ingredients:

400 g cabbage

40 g Dried mushrooms

4 glass water

1/2 onions - head

1/2 pcs. parsley root



1/2 Art. l. olive oil - 1

1 Art. l. wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

1 Art. l. parsley and dill chopped - for

2 pcs. bay leaves

2-3 pcs. pepper black pepper

ground black pepper, salt to taste

Fat: 8 g

Shred cabbage, onions and parsley finely chop.

Soak the mushrooms, then boil them in Strained infusion. Mushrooms dry and fry in oil.

Saut the flour without oil, cool and dilute the mushroom broth.

Water, bring to a boil, put the prepared vegetables, bay leaf, peppercorns, salt and simmer 20 minutes. Add the mushrooms, greens, enter saute flour, pepper and bring the soup to a boil.

Serve the soup with toasted rye bread.
