Ingredients:

3 l water

400 g cabbage

2 tbsp. dried mushrooms

5 PCs potatoes



1 onion - head

1 PCs parsley root

1 PCs carrots

2 tbsp. tomato paste

6 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. wheat flour

Bay leaf and salt to taste

Mushrooms soak in cold water for 3 hours, then rinse. Remaining water from soaking, strain and boil it mushrooms until tender.

Cabbage cut into squares, potatoes in large cubes. Connect the prepared vegetables with mushroom broth, add chopped straw roots and cook the soup until soft.

Onions cut into cubes and fry, stirring, for part of the butter, adding the tomato paste. Flour spasseruyte on the part of the oil, let cool and spread a small amount of chilled mushroom broth. Type in the onion soup with tomato, add the chopped and fried in the remaining oil, mushrooms, flour passerone, salt and Bay leaf. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped parsley, if desired, add sour cream.
