Mushroom soup in gucul'ski
400 g bones
260 g sauerkraut
120 g cooked smoked sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show
100 g fungi
60 g sour cream
60 g onions
40 g margarine
20 g pearl barley
15 g flour
15 g tomato paste
spices
greens
On the bones to cook soup.
Cabbage to put in a pan, pour the broth, add the oil and tomato paste, put out.
Separately boil until cooked pearl barley.
In the broth to cook the mushrooms.
Finely chop the onion and fry with the addition of flour.
Julienne sliced sausage.
Mix all the ingredients prepared, pour broth and simmer until soup richness.
Served mushroom soup on Hutsul with chopped herbs and sour cream.
