Mushroom soup with buckwheat
210 g fresh mushrooms
30 g buckwheat
3 potato tuber
1 onions
1.5 broth
parsley
salt
Cut the potatoes into cubes and slices of mushrooms, herbs and finely chop the onion.
Boil the potatoes, add buckwheat, onions, mushrooms and salt and cook soup until cooked.
Before serving, sprinkle the finished mushroom soup with buckwheat chopped herbs.
