Mushroom vegetable soup with beans
250-300 g fresh mushrooms
4 potatoes
1 onions
1 glass white beans
herbs to taste
black pepper
salt
Beans boiled until tender.
Peel and finely chop the mushrooms, onion, peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes, put all the prepared ingredients in a saucepan, pour 1 liter of water, bring all to a boil, reduce heat, cook until the potatoes are ready.
Remove the soup from the stove, put ? all beans, pestle till mash the soup to puree state, put the rest of the beans, put the soup on the stove, add pepper and salt, bring again to a boil and boil for few more minutes
Put the mushroom vegetable soup with beans chopped parsley before serving infuse for 5-10 minutes
