Cream soup with white beans
300 g Potato
300 g dry white beans
200 ml cream 10-11%
30 ml vegetable oil
1 onions
1 h. l. salt
Beans soak in cold water overnight or for several hours, rinse, pour 2 liters of fresh water, put on fire.
Finely chop the onion, saute until transparent.
Finely diced potatoes.
Part of cooked beans to postpone remaining in the pan with salt, add the onions and potatoes and cook until cooked all the vegetables, then chop soup blender, rub through a sieve.
Add to soup lazy beans, put on a plate, pour the cream and bring the soup to a boil, remove from heat.
Serve soup with white beans with croutons and fresh herbs.
