Potato soup with beans

50 g peas or beans

2 potatoes

4 glass beef broth or water

? parsley root

? onions

? carrots

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

salt

Soak the beans for 4 hours in the water, that it swelled.

Dice the potatoes.

Small cubes chop the parsley root, onion and carrots, to spassirovat them in butter.

Broth or water, bring to boil, put the beans, again bring to a boil, add the potatoes, other vegetables, cook the soup until cooked, salted before the end of cooking.

Sprinkle potato soup with bean greens before serving.
