Potato-oatmeal soup

2 potatoes

? onions

? carrots

4 glass beef broth or water

3 tbsp. oatmeal

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Dice the carrots, potatoes and onions, spassirovat in butter carrots and onions.

Bring broth or water to boil, add oatmeal, vegetables, potatoes, bring to boil, reduce the heat and cook the soup until tender.

Salt the soup for 5 minutes before end of cooking.

Before serving potato-oatmeal soup sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
