Mushroom soup with oatmeal
200 g oatmeal
60 g white dried mushrooms
1 onions
1 carrots
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
5 glass water
salt
Soak the mushrooms in cold water for 2 hours, then boil in water, drain in a colander. Chop the mushrooms slices and broth.
Mushrooms combine with finely chopped onions, carrots, cut into slices and fry everything in butter.
Bring the mushroom broth to a boil, add the mushrooms and the vegetables, pour the oatmeal, salt and cook for 15 minutes
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with the chopped herbs.
