Oatmeal soup with chicken
1 chicken
1 glass milk
0,5 glass water
0,5 glass young green peas
2 tbsp. oatmeal quick cooking
2 C. L. butter
salt
Boil chicken until tender, remove from broth, pour in the broth, peas and oatmeal, bring the soup to a boil, pour the milk, add salt, cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes
Finely chop the chicken, add to the soup, bring the soup to a boil.
Fill oatmeal soup with chicken butter before serving.
