Soup beans with meat
1,5 l beef broth
250 g soybeans
100 g pulp beef
? onions
2 tbsp. soy sauce
? tsp. ground ginger
salt
Soak the beans in cold water for 3 hours, drain the water.
Bring the broth to a boil and add the beans and cook them until tender.
Cut the flesh of beef cubes, add to the soup, pour the soy sauce and salt, boil until cooked ingredients on low heat.
Chop onions and add to the soup at the end of cooking.
Garnish the soup with parsley before serving.
