Milk soup with vegetables and mushrooms "Summer"
300 g cabbage
100 g turnips
10 g dried mushroom
5 glass water
2 carrots
1.5 glass milk

3 Art. l. butter
1 Art. l. sour cream

Young cabbage wash well, cut into small pieces.
Also finely chopped baby carrots, turnips, onions, dried mushrooms, along with cabbage put in a pan, add the vegetables butter, cover with cold water, boil for 1 hour by a slow fire, salt.
Pour the soup into the milk, bring to a boil.
Before serving milk soup with vegetables and mushrooms "Summer" you can add sour cream.
