Milk soup with vegetables
800 g milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
100 g pumpkin
100 g broccoli
40 butter
2 potatoes
1 carrots
1 tsp. sugar
salt (to taste)
Cut the pumpkin, carrot and potato cubes, disassemble the cauliflower into florets.
150 g of water, bring to boil, add chopped vegetables and cook until soft, milk to warm and pour, add sugar, salt and cook the soup until tender.
Before serving, add to each portion of soup butter.
