Potato soup with onions
350 g Potato
25 g butter

100 g grated cheese
4 Art. l. milk
2 bouillon cubes
nutmeg
pepper
salt
Melt butter and add the finely chopped onion. For registration of a few onion rings leave. Cover and cook 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
Potatoes cut into small pieces and add to the onions. Of bouillon cubes cook soup, add it to the pan, pepper, salt, add? tsp nutmeg.
Bring the soup to a boil, cover and cook 30 minutes over low heat until the potatoes are softened.
Rub the potato mixture, add milk and warm. Cheese put into the soup before serving, wait until it is completely melted and place soup onion rings.
