Potato soup with dumplings
40 g bacon
400 g Potato
150 g onions
100 g carrots
40-50 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 egg
20 g butter
130 g milk
1-2 bay leaves
3 pea black pepper
salt
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, pour a liter of boiling salted water, cook for 10-15 minutes at a low boil.
Cut the onion into thin half-rings, fry in lard, previously finely chopped and melted.
Carrots cut into thin strips and fry in the same fat (onions from the pan clean).
Bay leaf, carrots, peppers and onions to add to the soup.
Cook dumplings, combining the flour, eggs, butter, milk and salt. Lower dumpling soup in a teaspoon. Cook for 10 minutes.
Before serving sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
