675 g fish fillets

3 slices bacon

4 potato tuber

3 tomatoes

1 Art. l. ground paprika

1-2 h. l. chopped marjoram

1.5 l fish broth

To prepare the dumplings:

1 egg

0.5 glass semolina or flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

3 Art. l. milk or water

1 Art. l. chopped parsley


Cut the bacon into cubes and fry until golden brown. Fish fillets cut into cubes, add to the bacon and fry for 1-2 minutes, sprinkle with paprika, pour the hot fish stock and bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Scald the tomatoes, peel, cut into cubes.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.

Add to soup potatoes, tomatoes and oregano, stir, cook for 10 minutes.

Connect semolina or flour with milk, salt, parsley and beaten egg and mix.

Teaspoon scoop the flour mixture and put into the soup and cook for 10 minutes.

Served hot, garnished with paprika and marjoram.
