Potato soup in Romanian
3 l water
8 potatoes
1 onions
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp. sour cream
Peel and finely slice the potatoes, cut into half rings onion, cook vegetables and 30 minutes with the lid closed, a little sunflower water.
Immediately wipe through a sieve the vegetables, boil the soup again.
The yolk to combine with sour cream, slowly enter into the soup, then add to the soup a little piece of butter.
Served potato soup in Romanian with croutons sprinkled with parsley.
