Potato soup with sausages

300 g meat

300 g sausages

1 onion

100 g sour cream

2 yolk

1 carrot

7 8 potatoes

Boil the broth from the meat with vegetables, add the peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes, boil it until soft and drain the soup through a colander. Wipe the broth onions, carrots and potatoes, boil, add sour cream with egg yolks and lower cut and fried sausages.
