Pea soup with sausages
500 g peas
200 g smoked sausages
3 potatoes
225 g spinach leaves
4 tbsp. olive oil
black pepper
salt
2 l vegetable broth
Soak the peas in cold water for 2 hours, then drain the water and rinse peas. Pour the peas hot broth, bring to boil, cook until tender over moderate heat.
Potatoes cut into slices and add to the soup, add salt and pepper, cook for 20 minutes
Chop the sausages circles, add to the soup along with the spinach, cook for 5 minutes
Apply pea soup with sausages immediately after cooking.
